Terms of Service

Welcome to Grandstand. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Grandstand, Inc. (“Grandstand,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of the Grandstand mobile app, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Grandstand. If you are under the age of majority in your state or country, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Grandstand is designed for professional and aspiring professional athletes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@grandstand.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, captions, messages, and other content you submit to Grandstand (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content to Grandstand, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf — including to generate captions, schedule and publish posts to the social platforms you connect, and to send newsletters and page updates you approve.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant that license and that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

4. AI-generated content

Grandstand uses large language models (including Anthropic Claude) to draft captions, newsletters, page updates, and other content on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before it is published. You can approve, edit, or reject anything our agents propose. Grandstand does not claim ownership of AI-generated content created for your account.

5. Connected social accounts

If you connect a social account (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube), you authorize Grandstand and our partner Bundle.social to access that account on your behalf to read analytics, import post history, and publish posts you have approved. You can disconnect any account at any time. Grandstand does not store your social platform passwords.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its underlying APIs.
• Use Grandstand to spam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Violate the terms of any social platform you connect through Grandstand.

7. Paid features

Some Grandstand features require a premium subscription. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms will be disclosed before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time. Refunds, if any, are at our discretion and subject to applicable app store rules.

8. Termination

You can delete your Grandstand account at any time from the Settings screen inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these Terms, abusing the Service, or creating risk for Grandstand or other users. On termination, your license to use the Service ends and we will delete or de-identify your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRANDSTAND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT POSTS WILL BE PUBLISHED ON TIME OR AT ALL, THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRANDSTAND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GRANDSTAND IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
